There are many books out there aimed at helping us through difficult times. Some are easier to read (and even quite funny!), whist others are more academic. Below is a selection that I have found interesting.

Comedienne, turned mindfulness expert Ruby Wax has an interesting take on some mental health issues. 'Sane new world' and 'Frazzled' are good starting points.

Brene Brown has been writing and giving lectures on vulnerability for many years. 'Daring Greatly' is perhaps her most popular book.

'Walk with your Wolf' by Jonathon Hoban is an interesting book, part memoir and self-help plan to use walking and nature as therapy.

Dr. Qing Li is the 'inventor' of Forest Bathing, and his book, 'Into the forest' helps us understand 'how trees can help you find health and happiness'.

There are many articles produced online, in magazines and newspapers. Here are a selection that you may find interesting.
